How to Purchase
- The process is the same regardless of whether you are purchasing for the first time or upgrading an existing product.
- Open the Download page,
download the product you are interested in and follow the instructions to install the it. You can evaluate the product free of charge
before you need to complete the next step.
- Anytime during the evaluation period you can purchase the licences you require by re-visiting this page.
When you purchase a licence, you will be sent an activation code via email. This
code is entered into the Registration dialog which is reachable from the product's About Box.
- The price you pay (initial purchase or additional licence) is automatically calculated at the checkout stage.
- If you wish to purchase more than one product and would like to pay in instalments, please visit our Monthly Subscription page for details.
- PM Solution and SA Solution are multi-user, unlimited client and Tax Return, networkable systems as standard. This is included in the First Licence price.
You will only need to purchase additional licences if you require multiple client databases.
- PM Solution Express and SA Solution Express are single-user, unlimited client, networkable systems which permit the creation of 25 Individual Tax Returns, 5 Partnership Tax Returns and 1 Trust Tax Return.
This is included in the First Licence price.
You will only need to purchase additional licences if you require multiple client databases.
- In the case of CT Solution and CT Solution Express, you will need to purchase one licence for
each computer on which you wish to use the software. Note that you will automatically receive a discount
at the checkout for each additional licence purchased. Also note that you do not need to purchase all of
the licences at the same time to qualify for the discount.
- PM Solution, SA Solution, CT Solution and CT Solution Express can be used for an unlimited number of companies.
- P11D Solution has many more purchase options than shown above.

- Provided you keep your software up to date, interim updates (bug fixes, new minor features) will be made available free of charge.
- PM Solution, PM Solution Express, SA Solution and SA Solution Express are updated annually based on legislative changes. The upgrade is normally
made available as a pre-release version in February with the fully completed version available just after April 5th, i.e. the end of the Self Assessment Tax Year.
- CT Solution and CT Solution Express are updated annually based on legislative changes. The upgrade is normally
made available after Royal Assent of the Finance Act towards the end of July each year.
- P11D Solution is updated annually based on legislative changes. The upgrade is normally made available during July.
- The software is provided on a download only basis.
- All of the above prices exclude V.A.T. which will be charged at the standard rate at time of order.
