How to prepare your practice for making tax digital white paper coverAs a result of the publication of HMRC’s proposed rollout schedule for Making Tax Digital (MTD), the BTCSoftware team has put together a white paper with a handy checklist for accountants.  It shares tips and guidance to help accountants prepare their practice for MTD’s implementation.

Drawing on the latest insights to help you prepare for Making Tax Digital

Over the past year here at BTCSoftware, our team has been working closely with HMRC to road-test different elements of the MTD technology. The white paper draws on the insight we have gained during this time and also touches on the latest MTD announcements we regularly monitor.

Even though the exact shape and form MTD will take isn’t completely clear yet, the announcement in the Chancellor’s Budget back in March does indicate that it will happen.

Make the most of the time available

Savvy accountants can make the most of what time is available to get their practices into shape for whatever MTD brings.  Our white paper – How to prepare your practice for Making Tax Digital – gives a helpful checklist of six preparation activities accountants can be getting on with now.

We recognise the major impact MTD will have on accountancy and tax practices around the country, which is why we wanted to give these businesses a helpful steer on how to best use the time available to get their practices and their clients MTD-ready.  You can download a complimentary copy of our white paper and checklist here:
