How to resolve a Username or Record Locked issue

If a user is locked out of BTCSoftware, the Administrator can unlock their user record by following these steps:

  • On the top toolbar, go to Administration > System > Record locks
  • In the Record Lock Maintenance window, select the locked record and click Delete Lock

 

If your Administrator is locked out of BTCSoftware, please get in touch with Support.

  • Ask for a System Unlock Code
  • Your code is valid for five minutes. Enter it into the password section of the login window
  • Click OK to log in
