Commercial software is not permitted to produce documentation with the HMRC logo. This means you are can’t print the SA302 summary with HMRC’s logo.
Mortgage advisors can accept a third-party software copy of the SA302 without the HMRC logo, along with a tax year overview printed from the HMRC website. However, this is at the discretion of the mortgage advisor, so it is best to ask them first before proceeding.
If the lender insists on a copy of the SA302 with an HMRC logo you will need to contact HMRC directly.
