How to request a read-only licence

If you are no longer an active BTCSoftware customer, we can provide a 12-month read-only licence so that you can access your data. To request your licence please get in touch with Customer Care.
- Ask for a Read-only licence code
- Your code is valid for five minutes. Enter it into the password section of the login window
- Click OK to log in
The read-only licence is valid for 12 months. After 12 months, contact BTCSoftware again for a chargeable read-only licence.
