Video One: How to Set Up Your Clients
The first video in this series begins with the client management functionality of PM Solution. See how to import your clients from another software provider or using a CSV format spreadsheet, and how to retain your existing client references. You will also see how the clients are managed within two categories: Individuals and Organisations.
Video Two: How to Use the Tabs Menu
We now look at an overview of the tab menu in PM Solution. This video takes you through each tab and explains how each is used for easy client management. Understand how you can use PM Solution to manage a client’s data, key dates, appointments, returns, files, and more.
Video Three: How to Use Events
The events feature of PM Solution allows you to track appointments and events against each client’s record. This video shows how to create appointments, set due dates, add events, customise events, and create exportable reports.

Documents are managed within the Folders tab and held centrally against each client’s record. This video demonstrates how to scan, import, and create documents, as well as using folders and emails within Document Management.
