BTCSoftware is a busy specialist business focused on the accountancy sector and very much support led. The quality of our software and support regularly earn customer praise and have been recognised with sector leading awards won ahead of much bigger rivals.  We are growing fast and now need to appoint an additional Software Support Technician to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will be intelligent, resourceful and reliable with an excellent telephone manner and a good fit with our friendly, bright and hard-working team. Calm under pressure, you will have a real commitment to customer service and be eager to contribute to the success of a business whose support is hailed as some of the best around.

Our packages are developed using C# and .net and utilise the Microsoft Office suite, so the ideal candidate will have good all-round technical ability and ideally at least 12 months experience of frontline support in a Windows environment with good working knowledge of Excel & Access. Previous experience of accountancy or accounts software would be viewed as an added bonus but is by no means essential. This will be a full time position based in our offices in KT15 providing cover during business hours from 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch.
